____     4.     Take Praxis I Test if: ACT < 21 before 1989,                        PRAXIS I Scores Required

                      or if ACT <22 after 1989, or if SAT < 1020.                                    Reading            174

Sophomore Year

____     5.     Apply for Admission to MTSU with a major in Interdisciplinary Studies.  Applications are available at www.mtsu.edu/~admissn/index.htm.  Remember to send official transcripts from every college that you have attended to MTSU Admissions.  A Columbia State transcript request form is available at www.columbiastate.edu/admissions/application.htm.

____     6.     Submit all documents for Admission to Teacher Education to MTSU.  Admission to Teacher Education Packet is available in the University Center, Warf 128.

 

____     7.     Complete Columbia State Intent to Graduate (General Transfer - PED2) Intent to Graduate form is available at www.columbiastate.edu/admissions/application.htm.

____     8.     Take Columbia State College Base Exit Test
